§ 30.086 POSTING REQUIRED.

Every ordinance imposing any penalty, fine, forfeiture, or other punishment shall, after passage, be posted by the Town Manager/Clerk in three or more public places within the town and an affidavit of the person who posted the ordinance shall be filed in the office of the Town Manager/Clerk as proof of posting.
