§ 152.09 FEES.
   (A)   Preliminary plat. At the time of filing a preliminary plat, a subdivider shall pay to the town a flat rate of $750 plus $20 per lot.
   (B)   Final plat. At the time of filing a final plat, a subdivider shall pay to the town a flat rate of $750 plus $20 per lot.
