2-1-17: DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
Department personnel performing environmental health/sanitary evaluations or complaint investigations of body art establishments or technicians shall meet the same requirements as specified for technicians in subsection 2-1-2C2 of this chapter prior to assuming responsibilities.
