5-1-3: ENFORCEMENT:
The county sheriff is hereby authorized to patrol the lot during the days and times stated in section 5-1-1 of this chapter and to issue parking tickets for vehicles in the lot which do not bear the decal described in section 5-1-2 of this chapter. (Ord., 7-10-1984; amd. 2004 Code)
