5-1-1: PARKING FOR COUNTY EMPLOYEES ONLY; DAYS AND HOURS:
The existing county parking lot on the south side of Illinois Avenue immediately across the street from the county courthouse shall be limited to parking by county employees only, between the periods of seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. and four thirty o'clock (4:30) P.M., Monday through Friday, county holidays excepted. (Ord., 7-10-1984)
