The Commission shall consist of five members, appointed by the Mayor subject to the Council’s approval by a majority vote of Council comprised of one member of the City Council, one representative of the Groveport Youth Athletic Association (GYAA), and three City residents for a term of three years. Initially two members shall be appointed for a three year term, two members shall be appointed for a two year term, and the remaining member, Council’s representative on the Commission, shall be appointed for a one year term.
