The Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission shall be responsible for promoting a comprehensive park and recreation program for the citizens of Groveport, acting as an advisory body to the Parks and Recreation Director, Administrator, and Mayor as well as serving as a recommending body to the City Council regarding the operation of the Parks and Recreation Department in matters related to programs, policies, rules and regulations, capital and operational needs and other matters affecting the Department.
