135.01 MEMBERS ON HOUSING APPEALS BOARD.

(a) The members of the Groveport Planning and Zoning Commission are hereby appointed as members of the Housing Appeals Board for their respective terms on the Planning and Zoning Commission.

(b) New members appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission shall automatically become members of the Housing Appeals Board for the length of their term on the Planning and Zoning Commission.
