521.10 SMOKING BAN.

All provisions related to the banning of smoking within the corporate limits of the City of Groveport, shall be governed by the Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3794, as amended, which shall be known as Section 521.10 Smoking Ban and all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict therewith are hereby repealed.
