(a) Any person, firm or corporation violating this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and imprisoned for not less than thirty days nor more than six months, or both.
(b) Each and every day during which such unlawful building, house, garage, shed or similar structure or portions thereof shall remain within the corporate limits of the City, shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 526. Passed 9-23-63.)
