1397.01 MOVING; RECONSTRUCTION OF STRUCTURES PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to move, erect, locate or reconstruct, or cause to be moved, erected, located or reconstructed, any building used for or intended to be used for human habitation within the corporate limits of the City, which building or portions thereof have been erected previously in any other location.
