1371.06 ABANDONMENT OF NONCONFORMING USES.
   The use of any such house trailer as a nonconforming use, as herein provided, shall be considered abandoned as follows:
   (a)   Where the nonconforming use consists of one house trailer, the removal of such house trailer for a period of six months;
   (b)   Where the nonconforming use consists of two or more house trailers, the removal of one or more house trailers for a period of six months shall constitute an abandonment of the nonconforming use to the extent of the area so occupied;
   (c)   Where the use consists of one house trailer, the cessation of the occupancy of such use for a period of six months;
   (d)   Where the use consists of two or more house trailers, the cessation of the occupancy of one or more of such house trailers for a period of six months shall constitute an abandonment of the nonconforming use to the extent of the number of such unoccupied house trailers;
   (e)   Where the characteristics equipment, fixtures, furnishings or appurtenances necessary in the use of such house trailer or house trailers, as the case may be, as a nonconforming use have been removed from the premises and have not been replaced by similar equipment, fixtures, furnishings or appurtenances, as further described in Section 1371.05, within six months;
   (f)   When such nonconforming use has been replaced by a conforming use; and/or
   (g)   When such nonconforming use has been changed to any other use.
