§1703.11 OPTIONAL PLANS AND OFFICES OF CLERK AND TREASURER.
   The City of Grove City is a statutory city operating under Optional Plan A, as set forth in Minnesota Statutes Section 412.541, Subd. 1. The offices of Clerk and Treasurer are combined, and said Clerk-Treasurer is subject to appointment by the Council.
