§ 1703.10 CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS AND ELECTED OFFICIALS.
   The elected and appointed officials of the city, and those municipal officers appointed for a regular term of office, are deemed to be “employees” as that term is defined in Minnesota Statutes Section 176.011, Subd. 9(6), making such persons “employees” for purposes of the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Act.
