(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 150.25 and 150.26, or any provision of any rule or regulation adopted by the borough pertaining to electricity shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than 30 days; provided, each day’s continuance of a violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 150.01 to 150.11 shall be guilty of a violation of §§ 150.01 to 150.11 and subject to a fine of $500 for each violation. Any violation of the provisions of §§ 150.01 to 150.11 on any day shall be a separate and distinct violation and subject the violator to a separate and distinct penalty for each day.
