(A) The borough amends its adoption of the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code by including the provisions of Act 95 of 2005, including § 902(b) of said Act as it pertains to uncertified buildings.
(B) The borough shall utilize the standards of § 902(b) of said Act in the issuance of a certificate of occupancy to an uncertified building and does hereby adopt the standards of issuance pursuant to the procedure set forth in § 503 of said Act.
(C) Nothing in this section shall be construed to affect the applicability of all other provisions of the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code.
