§ 132.31 PROHIBITED ACTS.
   (A)   Parents, guardians and other legal custodians of children under age of 18. It is hereby unlawful for any parent, guardian or other person having the legal care or custody of any child under the age designated above, to allow or permit any such child, to go or be in or upon, as a pedestrian or in a vehicle, any of the streets, alleys, sidewalks, parks or public places in the borough between the hours specified in § 132.30, except as therein provided.
   (B)   Children under the age of 18. It is hereby unlawful for any child under the age of 18 years to go or be in or upon, as a pedestrian or in a vehicle, any of the streets, alleys, sidewalks, parks or places in the borough between the hours specified in § 132.30, except as therein provided.
   (C)   Accomplice. It shall be unlawful for any person to aid or abet any child to violate the terms and conditions of this subchapter and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 132.99 hereof.
