§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any provision of § 131.01 through 131.05 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than 30 days; provided, the fact that a violator has been penalized, after hearing, as herein provided, shall not preclude the borough or other injured party from taking proper legal action to recover damages resulting from such violation.

   (C)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of § 131.06 shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $300 or by imprisonment not exceeding 90 days or both for each such violation committed hereunder.
