§ 113.02 AGE LIMITS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person 11 years of age and under to enter any pool hall or amusement hall within the borough, unless accompanied by an adult, who shall always remain present with any person 11 years of age and under; and it shall be unlawful for the proprietor, owner and/or manager of any such pool hall or amusement hall to permit any person 11 years of age and under to enter said establishment, unless accompanied by an adult. As to any person who is 12 years of age but less than 15 years of age, such person shall not be permitted in any pool hall or amusement hall within the borough unless a parent of such child has signed a permission slip and personally delivered the permission slip to the proprietor, owner or manager of such pool hall or amusement hall permitting said child in such hall; provided, further, that under no circumstance shall any child who is 12 years of age but less than 15 years of age be permitted in such hall past 8:00 p.m. unless accompanied by an adult.
