§ 94.21 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Borough Manager shall submit to Borough Council for adoption such rules and regulations as are necessary for the efficient and safe management and operation of the swimming pool. Such rules and regulations may specify conditions under which the rates set forth in § 94.20 shall be waived.
