The borough maintains a public swimming pool in Memorial Park for community use. Management of this facility will be awarded by agreement to an organization selected by Borough Council on an annual basis. Rates shall be charged for admission to the Memorial Park swimming pool, with a schedule of rates approved by Borough Council on an annual basis.
