§ 90.16 DETENTION OF DOG.
   The Borough Police Department shall cause any dog so seized and detained to be properly kept and fed and shall immediately notify the person in whose name the license was procured, or his or her agent, to claim such dog, such notice to be given by telephone, by regular mail with a proof of mailing receipt or by posting notice at the owner’s home, whichever method of notification the borough may select.
