§ 90.04 ANIMAL DEFECATION.
   Any dog, cat or other animal which defecates upon any property, public or private, other than the property of the owner or person in charge or control of such animal, is hereby declared to be a nuisance for which the owner or person in control thereof shall be liable hereunder; provided further, where the owner or person in charge or control of such dog, cat or animal immediately removes all feces deposited by such dog, cat or animal and immediately disposes of the same in sanitary manner, such nuisance shall be considered abated.
