The following are hereby established as parking lots operated by the borough:
(A) Center Street lot. Situated on the east side of S. Center Street from 120 feet north of W. Pine Street to 247 feet north of W. Pine Street;
(B) College Avenue lot. Situated on the south side of College Avenue at its intersection with S. Center Street and on the east side of South Center Street;
(C) East Main United Presbyterian Church lot. Situated on the west side of Walnut Street, the south side of Arnold Avenue, and the north side of E. Poplar Street;
(D) Methodist Church lot. Situated on the east side of Grace Street and its intersection with E. Pine Street and on the south side of E. Pine Street;
(E) South Broad Street lot. Situated on the east side of South Broad Street, 250 feet north of the intersection of South Broad Street and East Pine Street, 150 feet south of the intersection of South Broad Street and Limberg Way, and bounded on the east by Limberg Way and on the west by South Broad Street;
(F) Tower Church lot. Situated on the east side of South Broad Street and on the north side of the Tower Church; and
(G) Community Library Parking lot. Situated on the north side of the Community Library/Municipal Building complex.
