§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this title, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall operate or park a vehicle or tractor in violation of any such regulations as set out in § 70.03, or who shall move, remove, destroy, injure or deface any sign or marking erected, posted or made to give notice of any such regulation, shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to the penalty set forth in the law or elsewhere in §§ 70.01 through 70.05, 70.07, 70.08, 71.01 through 71.03, 72.01 through 72.05, 73.01 through 73.03, 73.99, 74.01 through 74.10, Ch. 75 Schedules I through IX and Ch. 76 Schedules I through VI and IX for a violation of such nature, and, in case of a violation for which no specific penalty is set forth in the law or elsewhere in §§ 70.01 through 70.05, 70.07, 70.08, 71.01 through 71.03, 72.01 through 72.05, 73.01 through 73.03, 73.99, 74.01 through 74.10, Ch. 75 Schedules I through IX and Ch. 76 Schedules I through IV and IX, to a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $25 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than five days.

   (C)   Any person who shall violate any provision of § 70.04 shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to the penalty set forth in the law or elsewhere in this title for a violation of such nature, and in case of a violation for which no specific penalty is set forth in the law or elsewhere in §§ 70.01 through 70.05, 70.07, 70.08, 71.01 through 71.03, 72.01 through 72.05, 73.01 through 73.03, 73.99, 74.01 through 74.10, Ch. 75 Schedules I through IX and Ch. 76 Schedules I through VI and IX, to a fine of not more than $10 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than five days; provided, the purpose of this section is to allow for the test and experimental determination of the feasibility and desirability of permanent changes in the ordinances of the borough relative to traffic and parking.
