SCHEDULE II. PARKING PROHIBITED IN SPECIFIC LOCATIONS CERTAIN DAYS AND HOURS.
   (A)   Generally. Parking shall be prohibited in the following locations at all times on the days (except Sundays and legal holidays) and between the hours hereby indicated:

   (B)   Parking lot.
      (1)   Methodist Church lot. Public parking is prohibited at all times in the spaces along the south side of the parking lot which have been reserved and posted for church staff and designated person.
      (2)   East Main United Presbyterian lot. Parking is limited to church use only on Sundays from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon.
      (3)   College Avenue lot. Public parking is prohibited at all times in the spaces designated and posted for borough employee and officials parking.
   (C)   Unlimited parking permits. Owners of parking lots designated for public use (Grace United Methodist Church, Tower Presbyterian Church and East Main United Presbyterian Church) will be allowed unlimited parking permits as follows.
      (1)   Parking permit tags must be displayed on rearview mirror.
      (2)   The cost to print tags will be borne by the lot owner.
      (3)   The tags will be designed and issued to lot owner by the Police Department.
      (4)   Tags will be consecutively numbered and the lot owner will be responsible for keeping a record of who the tags are issued to.
      (5)   There will be no forgiveness of parking fines when a tag is not displayed.
      (6)   No such tag shall be given to a landlord for use by a tenant.
      (7)   All such tags are to be used only for church-sponsored or related activities.
