§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $25 and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than five days; provided, it shall be the duty of the police officers of the borough to have available to the Mayor all violations of any provision of this chapter indicating, in each case, the section thereof violated, the license number of the vehicle involved in such violation, the location where such violations took place, the time of such violation and any other facts that might be necessary in order to secure a clear understanding of the circumstances attending such violation.

   (B)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 72.06 set forth herein shall be subject to a fine not less than $10 but not more than $300 for each day § 72.06 is violated.
