§ 54.045 CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OF DEPOSIT.
   The said deposit shall be returned to the depositor in proportionate amounts as water taps are made to completed homes in the development; provided, however, that deposits for persons building single houses on more than one lot shall be refunded only on the basis of two lots.
