(A) The service may be discontinued for the violation of the application of any rule of the Water Department. The service may also be discontinued in case of vacancy of premises to which the water is being supplied.
(B) Whenever activating or restoring water service, the customer shall be required to pay a charge as described in the fee schedule contained in § 38.01.
