The following water capacity tap fee shall be paid for each new metered location. The capacity tap fee shall be in addition to any distribution tap fee, which is the cost to connect a new user to the system. The distribution tap fee is provided in § 54.036. Payment of the capacity and distribution tap fees shall accompany each application for new water service.
