§ 53.061 ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   The borough shall have the right to:
      (1)   Establish a monitoring system to implement the intent and object of this chapter;
      (2)   Test sewage flow and contents which may include the removal of samples and the user supplying regular reports of sewage flow and contents; and
      (3)   Inspect sewage equipment.
   (B)   In regard to this section, the borough shall have the right to:
      (1)   Authorize employees to enter all properties for the purposes of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing pertinent to sewage discharge; and
      (2)   Obtain information concerning industrial processes which have a direct bearing on the kind and source of discharge to the wastewater collection system.
   (C)   Failure on the part of any user or person to permit the borough to act under this section will result in the termination of sewage service, the revocation of sewage permits under Borough Ord. 940 (see §§ 53.080 through 53.088) known as the Grove City Borough Industrial-Commercial Waste Treatment Ordinance.
