(A) The following sewer capacity tap fee shall be paid for each new connection. The capacity tap fee shall be in addition to any collection system tap fee, which is the cost to connect a new user to the sewer collection system. The sewer collection system tap fee is provided in § 53.036. Payment of the capacity tap fee and collection system tap fee shall accompany each application for a new connection.
(B) There shall be a sanitary sewer capacity tap fee of $3,300 per EDU for each new customer connection to the wastewater treatment system.
