(A) The borough may charge to the applicant all reasonable costs incurred in their review.
(B) The review fee may include, but not limited to, costs for the following:
(1) Administrative and/or clerical processing;
(2) Review of the SWM site plan and associated documents by any duly authorized representatives of the borough;
(3) Attendance at public and/or municipal meetings relating to the enforcement of this chapter; and
(4) Inspection of stormwater management facilities.
