935.08   DISCHARGE REPORTS.
The Director of Public Service may require any person discharging or proposing to discharge wastewater into the sewerage or drainage system to file discharge reports, on forms supplied by the Director. The discharge reports shall include, but are not limited to, the nature of the process, volume and rates of flow, production quantities or other information that relates to the generation of waste including substances and concentrations in the wastewater discharge. Such reports as required by the Director may also include the chemical constituents and quantity of liquid or gaseous materials stored on site even though they may not normally be discharged. Discharge reports may be required at such intervals as determined by the Director to be adequate to define changes in wastewater discharge characteristics. In addition to discharge reports, the Director may require information relating to permit applications and self-monitoring reports.
