931.01   Duties.

931.01 DUTIES.

   The Division of Water and Sewage Treatment shall be charged with:

   (a)   Managing and conducting the water works of the City including the procuring and distributing of water; the maintenance, inspection, installation and repair of service lines, meters and such other work connected with the Division as the Director of Public Service may from time to time designate.

   (b)   Managing and conducting the sewage treatment system of the City, including the management of the sewage treatment plant and the maintenance, inspection and installation of all sewer pumping stations and other work connected with the Division as the Director of Public Service may from time to time designate.
