707.02 GENERAL AUTHORITY AND DUTY OF ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.

   (a)   The provisions of this Chapter shall be administered and enforced by the Administrative Assistant, or his or her designee.

   (b)   The Administrative Assistant has authority to issue a special event permit that authorizes one or more of the activities described in Section 707.01(f), when the requirements of this Chapter have been met.
