531.03 PARENTAL NEGLECT.

(a) No person, being the parent, guardian or person having the legal custody and control of any minor, shall negligently allow the minor to violate Section 531.02.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of parental neglect, a misdemeanor of the third degree.
