(a) No minor shall loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play upon the public streets, other public places, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places, between the hours of midnight and 4:30 a.m. of the following day, official City time, if the minor is not a member of the United States military or a registered, full-time student at a business school or institution of higher learning.
(b) The provisions of division (a) of this section do not apply to a minor accompanied by his or her parents, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor, or where the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his or her parents, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of curfew violation, a misdemeanor of the third degree.
