509.11   WRONGFUL INFLUENCE OF MINOR.
   (a)   No person shall aid, abet, influence or encourage any child under the age of 18 years to:
      (1)   Be truant from home when such child has been reported as being truant from home to the police or juvenile authorities;
      (2)   Be truant from school when the laws of this state require such child’s attendance in school;
      (3)   Be in violation of Section 531.02, “Curfew for Minors”;
      (4)   Be in violation of any law of this state, the United States or any ordinance or regulation of a subdivision of the state or commit any act which would cause such child to be designated a delinquent child or juvenile traffic offender as defined in Ohio R.C. 2151.02 and 2151.021.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a wrongful influence of a minor, a misdemeanor of the third degree. If the offender has previously been convicted of wrongful influence of a minor, the second and subsequent offenses shall be a misdemeanor of the first degree.
