150.01 ESTABLISHMENT; APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR.

   There is hereby established a Department of Development, headed by the Director of Development. The Director shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.

150.02 DIRECTOR QUALIFICATIONS.

   The Director shall be qualified by education or experience in City planning, governmental operations and business enterprise.
