The members appointed by the Mayor to any board or commission created by this article shall be residents of the City and during their service on such boards or commissions, hold no other Municipal office or employment. Except as specifically provided in this Charter no person may serve simultaneously on two or more such boards or commissions. Such service shall be without compensation, unless and until such compensation may be provided by ordinance. Vacancies on such boards and commissions shall be filled by appointment by the Mayor for the unexpired term. (Amended 11-7-17)
