Overnight parking on streets by vehicles and/or trailers prohibited.
(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle or trailer on the streets within the corporate limits of the town overnight or at any time except for the duration of the following activities:
(1) When actively engaged in loading or unloading;
(2) Temporary parking for emergency services to a vehicle or trailer to repair a mechanical breakdown;
(3) Temporary parking at a construction site during the period of active construction.
(B) Provided, that this section shall not apply to any mass transit buses or to school buses, when the school buses are parked in conformity with the laws of the state.
