Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the Village the National Electrical Code, the 1999 edition, designated NFPA No. 70-1996, and sponsored by the National Fire Protection Association, save and except such portions thereof as may be hereinafter amended or deleted.
