EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 87-5, passed August 4, 1987, authorized a request to the Ohio Board of Building Standards to certify the Village to exercise enforcement authority in accordance with the Ohio Basic Building Code with the condition that the County Building Department, or its agents, perform all inspections, and authorized, further, an agreement for such enforcement between the Village and the County.
