GREENVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA CODE OF ORDINANCES
SEC. 6-5-9 OBSTRUCTION; TREES TRIMMED.
   It shall be the duty of the City Arborist to enforce the ordinance concerning the trimming of trees on real property and the obstruction of public rights-of-way or public areas.
