§ 153.0166 PARKING.

   (A)   The minimum parking requirements within the TOD-C and TOD-P Districts are described in Table 153.0166(A) below.

   (B)   The maximum number of parking spaces shall not exceed the amount set forth in the parking standards (§§ 153.1295 through 153.1301 of this chapter).

   (C)   Existing development is allowed to redevelop up to 75% of existing parking areas for transit-oriented uses, including bus stops and pullouts, bus shelters, park-and-ride stations, TODs and similar facilities, where appropriate.

   (D)   All other provisions of the parking standards shall apply to a TOD.
