§ 153.0159 LOT ARRANGEMENT AND DIMENSIONS.
   The front setback shall be established as follows:
   (A)   Minimum front setback: zero feet from the edge of the sidewalk. A minimum setback of five feet from the property line shall be required where streetscape planting is required pursuant to §§ 153.1145 and 153.1146 of this chapter; and
   (B)   Maximum front setback: 15 feet.
