§ 153.1145 APPLICABILITY.

   (A)   Generally. In addition to developments subject to § 153.1106 of this chapter, the following are subject to the streetscape planting standards:

      (1)   All developments with five or more parking spaces; and

      (2)   All developments requiring subdivision review.

   (B)   Exemptions.

      (1)   Streetscape planting standards do not apply to any street classification unless street trees are required by the street improvement standards (§§ 153.1065 through 153.1078 of this chapter).

      (2)   If existing site conditions and/or existing development of the property render the planting of street trees impracticable, the applicant may submit a waiver or modification request in accordance with § 153.0977 of this chapter.
