§ 153.0135 LOT ARRANGEMENT.
   (A)   All lots shall include frontage abutting a street or plaza. For a proposed TND not exceeding 80 acres in size, at least 90% of the dwelling units shall be located within a five-minute walk (1,320 feet) from the perimeter of a plaza. For a proposed TND that is at least 80 acres in size, at least 50% of the dwelling units shall be located within a five-minute walk (1,320 feet) from the perimeter of a plaza.
   (B)   Blocks shall not exceed the dimensions as shown in Figure 153.0135(A) below.

   (C)   The setback for principal buildings shall be as set forth in Table 153.0135(A) below. Setbacks for accessory structures or accessory dwellings shall comply with § 153.1358 of this chapter. The frontage and setback requirements shall not apply to parks and open space. In order to allow for variations for unique uses, such as anchor retail tenants or auditoriums, the maximum frontage requirements in Column (C) shall be computed as an average.
