§ 153.0116 PARKING.
   (A)   Additional parking may be placed to the rear of the principal buildings so long as the number of spaces for the entire site does not exceed the maximum parking requirements of this chapter.
   (B)   Parking areas may be connected to rear parking lots on adjoining properties in order to allow customers to drive to other locations without reentering the major roadway network and adding to traffic volumes. (See Figure 153.0116(A) below.)

   (C)   Service entrances and service yards shall be located only in the rear or side yard. Service yards shall be screened from adjacent residentially zoned or used property by the installation of a Type B buffer yard as set forth in the buffer standards (§§ 153.1120 through 153.1130 of this chapter).
   (D)   No more than four continuous rows of parking may be placed or maintained between the existing buildings and the additional buildings.
